Due to be completed in November, Cantillon is playing a major role in the total refurbishment of a multi-storey office building.
Under its £500,000 contract with BNP Paribas Jersey Trust Corporation Ltd and Anley Trustees Ltd, Cantillon is carrying out an array of works within a very tight programme at Holbrook House, West London.
Starting in July, Cantillon teams have been involved in soft stripping, removal of screed, services and lifts, roof demolition and temporary waterproofing.
The biggest challenge for teams involves working around two public houses that have remained opened on the ground floor of the structure, as well as ensuring neighbouring properties remain unaffected. |
