| Completed in less than two months, Cantillon has carried out extensive removal works ahead of the construction of a luxury new £25 million East London Hotel. A former office block in Seething Lane is being converted by the Apex Hotels chain. The 70-80 bedroom development boasts an enviable position on Copthall Avenue, just minutes from Moorgate and Bank underground stations. It is also only steps away from the Bank of England and Guildhall. Cantillon's contract saw teams carry out soft stripping and the isolation and removal of all services from July to August 2007. 24 hour security for the site was also provided by sister company Elliott Thomas |
